 and very light food at night  is good for health.

It was said long time ago about the health secretes.


Every day who eats one time meal is called as Maha Yogi.

Those who eats  the meals two times a day is called Maha Bhogi.

Who eats the meals three times a day is called. Maha Rogi.


According to the medical science it is said,

one should take meal very little with a gap interval  of  3,4 hours

which  is good for health.

 Ofcourse, excercises to the body is needed for every person.
