What are the colours of the Lord Siva
 and the Goddess, Parvati ?



We see  in the pictues,  that the lord Siva,

 and Goddess, Parvati  are in the

 colours of black and white respectively.



The Goddess, Parvati is the symbol of

Sakti Swarupini (having the mighty and energy)

and the Goddess appears  in many colours.


The Devi Bhagavatam says, that the Goddess


 SreeParvati devi  has attained the

Gaura varnam (yellow colour ) while doing penance.


The lord Siva is in the colour of dark blue

 (black) what the Veda, Upanishad say.




Who is a padmini jaati lady (who is born in good dynasty)
 that  posses good sings  on her palm  ?



The lady who is born in a good family

and also according to her previous births’

 meritorious consequences, so that she will

possess  auspicious signs on  her hand.


One who is  not lack in opulence will

certainly have the marks (signs)

of Sreevatsam,   Lotus, eye, elephant,  horse,

 swan, wheel,  diamond, sword,  crown,

Purnakumbham (kalasam), elephant-goad

(Ankusam), necklace, conch, garland etc., .


The lady can live in wealthy with

 all the luxuires and fame etc.,
