Which bath (Snanam) is called
as Daiva Snanam ?

It is rare the sunlight and rain both come at one  time.

Naturally when it rains, the sunlight will be covered

because the sun is hidden behind the clouds.

But some times this may be happened when  the Sun

shines with the light then the rain also shower.

Means  when the Sunlight and Rain both occur at the

same time, then that is auscpicious  situation .

In the middle of the shower when the Sun shines

if the bath is directly taken is called Daiva Snanam.

Before the shower changes into the

rain the bath should be taken.

But not in the rain and the sunlight.

Which is the best either the green gram
or the husk of the Green gram ?

As per the Ayurveda the grains are good for our health.

The green gram  (Mudgaa in sanksrit language)

has also got the protiens including the fibre.

naturally the  green gram  has the

effect of coolness to the body.

But for the protiens wise, the husk of that

grain is more powerful than the green gram.

The husk of Green gram  is equal to

the some eggs (more than forty) in strength.

But the Green gram should be taken

(eaten) by only soaking of it.

Because of all the qualities, the Green gram

is being used in the Temples as Daiva Prasadam

(divine naivedyam) and also used in every Pooja kaaryakramas.
