Can’t we take  our food before eating  our parents ?
Why ?

The answer for that is no. They have given life to us and sacrificed their lives.. They have given education, and made us to  enlight our Soul to know  the  Reality, Truth.  In the materialistic life they educated us how to live as a human being  with  virtues.  They  should be regarded as supreme in this world. They are the earthly God and Goddess as we feel like  they are Lord  Sri  Parameshwara and Parvathi. First they have to take the food. The food which they eat is nothing but a Naivedyam (of Prasad) is offered to the God. After that we have to take the food. If not, it would be like a Devils’ ’ Food what the Sastras say.
