Why should we eat our food on the leaves
which is auspicious and healthy ?
In the Marriage ceremonies and other religious functions,
in olden days compulsorily the dinner (food)
was used to be served on the Banana (Plantain) tree leaves.
( The Plaintain is called as Kadali in Sanskrit language.)
And the people used to eat their food on those leaves only.
Actually the greenary leaves are always so good for us in
every aspect. Mostly the Plantain tree leaves are suggested
for that purpose.
The natural greenary colour also gives
the positive results to the health point of view that too for the eyes.
The Medical science like Ayurvedic and the Sastras suggested
to take food on the leaves of Banana tree.
The greenary leaves have the medical qualities.
They make the body so healthy.
If we take the food on the leaves of Pipal tree ,
the genital organs’ ( Jananendriyas) diseases will be cured .
And the kids can speak the words quickly.
If we take the food on the leaves of Butea frondosa
tree (Palasa in Sanskrit language) the Ophamolic diseases (Netra Doshas)
will be cured.
If we eat our food on the leaves of Banyan tree
( Vatah tree in Sanskrit language) we can have complete health.
By eating the food on the Greenary leaves, because of
its Chlorofil all the diseases will be removed.
Hence even those days itself such a great suggestions
were given for the benefit of mankind.
